Hello girls! Welcome to the "New Year, New Me Glow Up Challenge"! I'm so happy to share this guide with you all.
This guide is focused on setting and working on our New year's resolutions, to finally become the Best Version of ourselves and achieve our goals in the new year.
This means that we'll try to get rid of unhealthy, self-sabotaging habits that would end up interfering with our long-standing goals, while at the same time putting our effort on building new, healthier and more productive habits.
And that's exactly what we'll try to achieve in the next 4 Weeks.
For the next four weeks, we'll try to set small, achievable goals day by day in order to gradually start building new healthy habits for ourselves. You will have daily tasks and challenges to do every day, that won't take you much time; but I will also give you bigger, different tasks every week, and you will have to learn to organize your time by scheduling them for the week ahead.
