What are you grateful for?

What are you grateful for today?

Have you ever tried to start the day asking yourself this simple question?

Sometimes the daily stresses can distract us and make us lose the sight of what really matters.

But you can learn to be thankful for all the wonderful gifts you have, taking time to notice all the things that you normally take for granted.

All the smaller things in life. Your health, Your time, Your family. The people around you that make you feel loved and blessed.

Make sure to take a moment every day to appreciate all the daily miracles and blessings, everything that keeps you grateful and grounded.

And maybe you will realize that sometimes the things that make life worth living are the most difficult to see.

Until you try.

How to: Gratitude Journaling

Every day as you wake up try to write down at least 3 things you are feeling grateful for, and the reasons why they make you feel thankful. It's not simply about 'making a list' of reasons why you should feel happy and ready to start the day with a positive mindset, but it's actually about really starting to feel gratitude in your heart, thinking about all the small and great, beautiful things in your life, the people you love and that care about you, the great opportunity we all have to be alive, to set a goal and work until we achieve it.

Sometimes all you need to do is to shift your focus on what makes you feel alive, happy and full of Joy.

- What are the goals you have reached that make you feel proud of yourself?

- What are you going to do today to be the person you want to be?

- Are you going to be kinder, more productive, more focused?

- Are you going to smile more, to worry less, to give yourself the time you deserve to relax and simply enjoy some free time?

- Will you try to disconnect from everything for a moment, and just be thankful for all the people you love?

Will you start this Gratitude Challenge? Can't wait to know your experiences and thoughts!
