Quick Habits (2-3 Minutes) That Made My Hair Grow like Crazy

Hair loss can be a distressing experience, especially when it's caused by hormonal imbalance.

Some months ago, I went through a challenging and distressing phase of hair loss due to hormonal imbalance, which greatly affected my self-confidence. Determined to find a solution, I embarked on a journey to restore hormonal balance in my body. In addition to addressing the root cause, I discovered a multitude of simple yet highly effective habits that played a pivotal role in rejuvenating my hair growth.


The best thing about these habits is that they only require 2-3 minutes of your time, but trust me, they are incredibly easy and quick to incorporate into your daily routine. And despite their simplicity, they have a deeply impactful effect on promoting hair growth and overall hair health.

1. Scalp Massage


One of the key habits I incorporated into my daily routine was scalp massage. Starting my day with a soothing scalp massage not only felt amazing, but it also boosted blood flow to my hair follicles, promoting hair growth. Just a few minutes of gentle circular motions with my fingertips or a scalp massager made a world of difference.


To enhance the benefits of scalp massage, you can also consider massaging your scalp when shampooing your hair or using moisturizing oils before showering. This technique can deeply clean your hair and exfoliate the scalp, boosting circulation and stimulating hair growth. And can also help improve hair thickness!




2. Inverted Position


Another habit that may sound a bit unconventional but yielded fantastic results was the inverted position. By spending a couple of minutes with my head slightly hanging off the edge of the bed or couch, I not only increased blood circulation to my scalp but also experienced numerous other benefits.


This unique position helps to deliver an increased supply of oxygen and nutrients to the hair follicles, promoting hair growth and overall scalp health. It also helps to remove toxins and waste products from the scalp, creating a clean and nourishing environment for hair to thrive. 3. Hydration


Hydration played a crucial role in my hair transformation journey. I made sure to drink 2 liters of water every day, not only for my overall health but also to provide essential hydration to my hair follicles.


I used to bring, and still do, a water bottle with a tracker that helps me stay hydrated: this convenient water bottle allows me to track my water intake throughout the day, ensuring that I meet my hydration goals.


Hydrated hair leads to a happy scalp and vibrant growth, so make sure to keep yourself well-hydrated!





4. Vitamin Supplements


Considering vitamin supplements was another game-changer for me. Certain vitamins like biotin or B7, vitamin E, and vitamin C, along with minerals like zinc and iron, are key players in promoting hair growth, preventing hair loss, and maintaining overall hair health.


However, it's important to remember that vitamin supplements should complement a balanced diet rich in nutrients. So, make sure you're also eating a variety of whole foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains to meet your hair's nutritional needs.


5. Rice Water


Now, let's dive into an ancient secret for hair strength and growth - the rice water rinse.

Once or twice a week, I would soak rice in water, strain it, and use the water as a final rinse after shampooing.


All you need to do is soak a small amount of rice in water for a designated period of time. Once the rice has been adequately soaked, strain the water and save it for later use. After shampooing your hair as usual, take the rice water and use it as a final rinse. Gently pour the rice water over your hair, making sure to thoroughly saturate the strands. Allow the rice water to sit on your hair for a few minutes before rinsing it out with lukewarm water. The effects of this natural treatment are truly astonishing - not only will your hair become noticeably stronger and shinier, but you will also experience a significant improvement in the overall health and vitality of your hair.

6. Energizing Serum


But one of the most effective steps I took was incorporating an energizing serum into my daily hair care routine. The serum I used, called the Energizing Superactive serum (aff*) by the Italian brand Davines, was specially designed to stimulate hair regrowth and combat hair loss caused by hormonal imbalance.


Every 2-3 days, I would apply a few drops of the serum to my scalp and gently massage it in with my fingertips or using the scalp massager. The results were truly amazing - not only did my hair start to grow back, but it also became stronger and healthier.
