Create your Morning Routine
By changing your habits day by day, you can completely change your life.
So the first step in this challenge is to create your morning routine, trying to add new healthy habits to stick to.
Here are some things you can do in the morning to start your day feeling positive and super energized.
1. Try to wake up earlier.
2. Stay hydrated: drink lemon water, your favourite tea or infusion as first thing in the morning.
3. Open the windows so that fresh air enters the bedroom.
4. Make your bed and tidy up your room: in a clean space your mind will feel sharper and clearer.
5. Do your skin care and dress up in comfy clothes. You will feel better!
6. Make yourself some healthy breakfast
7. Stretching / Yoga time
8. Meditation practice (at least 30 min)
9. Gratitude journaling. This simple activity can help you give you a new perspective on what it's really important to you and what you truly appreciate in life right now.
10. Write your tasks for your to-do list
In most cases we are way more productive before noun, so try to do the most boring/important tasks in the morning (like studying/working on your projects). Also, try to work out and then have a shower before lunch.
Last tip is NO SCREENS AND DISTRACTIONS so check your emails and messages and then try to put your phone away till lunch!
If you will have been productive during the morning, you'll see that you will have much more free time in your day and you will have the possibility to enjoy more relaxing activities (like reading a book, painting, meditating etc.) in the afternoon.
