  • When will my order be processed?
    We currently process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or National Holidays will be processed and/or shipped the following business day.
  • How do I track my order?
    The tracking number will be generated once your order will be shipped. Keep an eye on your inbox and check your email for your shipping confirmation. !! We are able to provide tracking information on most of the orders shipped to Europe Countries, United States, Canada, Australia, South America, Asian Countries. Tracking information is not available for most of the items shipped to Romania, Pakistan, Vietnam. Anyway, if the tracking information for a product can't be available to specific countries, it will be indicated in the product page.
  • How long it will take to receive the order?
    Shipping times may vary depending on the product and the country where you shop from. Once your order will be shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a # tracking number so you will be able to track your order. !
