This challenge is about You! We will walk you through a transformative journey to enhance your natural beauty and boost your self-confidence. Throughout this guide, we will explore various tips, tricks, ancient beauty secrets and techniques to help you transform your body throughout the year.
We'll dive into the importance of creating healthy habits, as well as incorporating beauty routines backed by scientific research.
But this guide goes beyond external beauty.
We also recognize the significance of self-care activities that can help you glow-up from the inside out. We'll explore practices that nurture your mind, body, and personality, allowing you to radiate confidence and positivity. From romanticizing your everyday life, to journaling prompts and bucket lists, we'll guide you towards a holistic approach to glow-up.

INTRODUCTION
The Seasonal Glow-up Guide consists of one glow-up challenge to join each month, for a total of 12x glow-up challenges that cover the entire year.
Why 12 Challenges?
The idea is to show you how to implement those that we call the “glow-up habits” into your daily routine, gradually, month after month. In fact, it wouldn’t be useful to give you all the information at once, without a structured program to gradually implement them into your life.
That’s why the challenges are designed to give you a time-frame of a month to learn and put into practice what is presented in each month’s challenge.
There are so many topics to cover, both practical and theoretical. That’s why each challenge is different and focuses on different subjects!
Which Challenge should I start with?
Our recommendation is to join the challenges in the order they are presented, starting from the current month. For example, if you begin the guide in December, you will start with the challenge for that month, which is the Advent Calendar Challenge.
The guide has been organized to be started at any time, beginning from any month of the year. Therefore, there is no specific guide that needs to be followed before another.
The various topics and glow-up habits have been included in the challenges to cater to the needs of the season and the period they are set in. In some challenges, you will find glow-up habits that are also present in others because they are particularly important to follow in different periods of the year.
THE CHALLENGES
The 12x Challenges
The 12 challenges are divided into
4 main groups, like the 4 seasons.
There are 3x guides for each season (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer), one per month, for a total of 12.
So the first main difference between the various challenges, lies in the division between seasons.
The point is, each season of the year is unique, and our body is aware of this. As the natural environment changes, our body also adapts to the different seasons, requiring specific care depending on the time of year.
So, as the season change, our health and beauty routines should change too!
In addition to this main difference, we also have different needs in each month of the year.
Making a glow-up is about more than adopting beauty and healthy habits to enhance our physical appearance.
While the external transformation is a crucial aspect of our challenges, we also recognize the importance of addressing our mental well-being.
For this reason, we tried to give you different and exciting tasks depending on the time of year, to help you set new goals and romanticize each season not to miss the beauty around you.
We also give advices to level up your mindset and personality, and give you bucket lists of activities to enjoy in your daily life.
Some challenges are more focused on organizing your routine, in order to set new goals and healthy habits, such as the “New Year, New Me” or “Back to School” Challenges.
Others are more fun, like the “My Valentine” and “Halloween” Challenges.
The guide contains hundreds of pages, healthy recipes, workout plans, DIY beauty masks and so much more, with over 250 chapters.
